As a part predict in the future certain academic view the current globalization and the Interdependence of the national legal system to lead to uniform legal system applicable across the border. And that's extremely hard to envisage if we think about it how can the legal system exist that encompasses both the principle of common law and personal law. The reality is moral, justice, and what right and wrong subjective concepts vary worldwide. There are clearly difficulties whether this was possible, however, the strategy has been proposed called legal pluralism.
